A bar, popular with students, I was told. Good atmosphere on a Friday night, but solid also during the week. Musik loud, but a good mixture of classic pop and rock. They have two floors. Good food and many people are regulars who know the bar people by name. If you are not a regular though, you can tranquility spend serveral hours observing what is going on and not get the least of attention by the staff, even if you are sitting smack in front of them at the bar. Which may be just as good, since they have a good selection of really good Cognac (including XO) and Whiskeys, but if you want to drink something more substantial than a beer, you will have to put between 35 to 165 shekel on the table.
