The restaurant presents a modern atmosphere and design, and an open kitchen in the center of the restaurant hall, which enables guests to view activity in the kitchen from up close as a type of first glimpse of what takes place all the time. Similarly to all the Herbert Samuel restaurants, the menu offers a creative chefs kitchen, with daring and clear flavors, based on local olive oil and meals from the Mediterranean Basin region with an emphasis on superb supplies and produce from all over Israel in order to serve the best local products during their authentic season. New meals, added to the well-known menu to honor the ascension to Jerusalem, are affected by the culinary nature of the city, its markets and the mountains around it.
