Craft beer and chef inspired dishes served up by some pretty spectacular humans. Located in the heart of Jerusalem inside Machne Yehudah. The name Hatch comes from hatching an idea or a plan, celebrating the act of creation. In this vain, we aim to offer the most interesting and creative beers and dishes in town. Owner, Ephraim Greenblat, is a BJCP Beer Judge and turned his love for home brewing and good eats into a MACRO Eatery. Serving up Kosher Mahedrin (Besari) dishes alongside small batch brews which range from English IPAs, to rich stouts, and exotically flavored sours!
