Shusi BaShuk offers a full range of fresh delicious sushi at reasonable prices. We strive to reach a level higher than the usual sushi fare in Jerusalem by offering creative, healthy rolls which can be enjoyed in a serene corner of Shuk Machane Yehuda. All of our fish is fresh and comes directly from the market and we hold to the high kashrut standards of Badatz Beit Yosef. Our definition of Asian fusion is combining the true tastes of Japanese culture with the warmth and inclusiveness of Israeli culture.
