About
Situated in the heart of the Talbieh neighborhood, in the senior and newly renovated Inbal hotel, the 02 Restaurant is now open to the public at large. The new restaurant, which is located in a separate wing adjacent to the hotel, offers an up-to-date Jerusalem cuisine that derives its inspiration from the markets and culinary history of the holy city. 02 will provide a joint experience, characterized by rich Israeli abundance, with various dishes and materials that symbolize the city such as freekeh, Baladi vegetables, pulses and spices, alongside meat chunks, sheesh kebabs, fish, vegetables and traditional meat dishes served on the grill by the weight, with minimal handling and original and meticulous serving. The 02 menu was created by the infamous Jerusalem Mona Group, headed by Chefs Moshiko Gamlieli and Itamar Navon. Together with Nir Elkayam, the hotels chef, they created a menu that combines authentic Jerusalem cuisine with up-to-date serving methods.Details
