An old mythological hummus is located at an ascetic point in Acre on the entrance to the Al Jazeer Mosque and opposite the Okashi Museum. For almost sixty years, traditional hummus has been served here, according to a family secret that goes from generation to generation. Local people recommend is Abu Elias for a good humus and they were right. All the dishes we tried (four as far as I remember) were excellent, very smooth and with the right level of acidity.
