Cafelix Yohanan Hasandlar is the second Cafelix branch in Tel Aviv. And the first in Tel Aviv which was founded as a franchise. Cafelix is a brand founded by Philip Shefer in 2011. Still today Philipp runs his small batch roasting company PURPLE SQUARE COFFEE at a picturesque square - called the purple square - in Jaffe at Sgula st 15.Details

Bit small and cramped. Thinks it’s cooler than it is. And charges 19₪ (that’s $5 folks) for a croissant.. Not with coffee. Just the croissant. There are zillions of amazing coffee places in this city, no need to go to this one.

Good coffee sources, local roasting, trained baristas and Marzocco machines – make Cafelix my favorite coffee in Tel Aviv. They have several locations – all serving the same coffee.
