Located in the vibrant area of the center of Tel Aviv close to Bialik Square Stefan Gelato is offering 100% natural ice cream, which is carefully produced from hand-selected ingredients which Stefan buys in the local Carmel Market and in Shuk Levinsk. Every day Stefan is choosing up to 16 flavours of which half are dairy and half are vegan. Born and grown up in Vienna, Stefan combines his ice creams with homemade Viennese deserts like Apple Strudel, Sacher Cake and Linzer Cake.
