Pizza Artzielli is the result of long research and learning hours, spent in Italy by the Pizzaiolos Chef Juan Masel and his partner Elad Cohen, yielding a unique pizza dough, slightly thicker than usual in the city, filled with air bubbles that confer it a wonderful crunchy texture and flavor, thanks to the combination of special flours with a long leavening period (between 55-60 hours). The oval-shaped pizza is baked directly in an oven stone, and is taken out with a wooden shovel (pala), while sliced in front of the customer to the desired size. It comes with exquisite toppings for the taste of everyone children, meat lovers and vegetarians.
