Angeletta e' un'antica trattoria (e' nata nel 1926), si e' sempre distinta per il recupero dell'autenticita' abruzzese. L'attuale gestione (dal 2000) si e' impegnata da sempre nella ricerca della qualita' delle materie prime e nella loro equilibrata trasformazione Mantiene un rapporto ottimo qualita'/prezzo. Qualita' concentrata sopratutto nella elaborazione dei piatti, tralasciando un po il servizio proprio perche' Angeletta ha per obiettivo quello di far mangiare bene e genuino i suoi clienti senza fargli pagare troppo.Details
