Uvabianca is the restaurant of the winery Abruzzo Platinum. Uvabianca marries the philosophy of the use of raw material from farms and organic farming, local handicraft production and DOP or IGP certification. The supply respects the natural seasonality of the products and our cuisine reflects the Abruzzo tradition reinterpreted in a modern way without changing the essence and core values. The use of local produce is expertly managed by our chef Piero Delli Rocili, known for its clean style and respectful of the Abruzzi gastronomic memory.
