Edoardo Di Berardino was born in Atri in 1989. Following in the footsteps of his family, already successful in the restaurant business, at fourteen he moved to Stresa where the headquarters of the institute E. Maggia, the largest Italian hotel school. He graduated in 2008 as maitre room and immediately put to good use their skills. In 2009 he became the restaurant manager at the restaurant V.S. where he worked until the moment it decides, supported enthusiastically by her mother, to realize their dream of opening a restaurant that bears his name, his signature. Thus was born, after a great job, and an intense personal commitment on the part of Edward, Hosteria Edo's, a cozy and studied in every single detail.
