The Restaurant Creuza De Ma is one of the most beautiful places on the coast of Chieti. It is situated in an ancient palace of the fifteenth century in the center of Ortona, near the Castello Aragonese. The cozy restaurant has a large dining room, elongated features vaulted ceilings and exposed brick suitable to host exhibitions and installations by local artists and outside the region. The restaurant is a family run and offers a cuisine focused mainly on local fish and dishes that reflect the right balance between tradition and creativity thanks to the collaboration between the owner, Sauro Boschi and his son Lucio, a young chef recently graduated from the International School of Italian Cuisine ALMA by Gualtiero Marchesi.Our restaurant's name is inspired by Fabrizio De Andr' s song "Creuza de M" issued in 1984, where "the creuza" is shown as a path to the sea between two walls from the hill towards the sea. The passion for De Andr led us to call our restaurant like this song ...
