Hosteria "SORSI E MORSI" is born from the careful management of VITO, FRANCESCO and PAOLO who care with their chef a rustic-traditional kitchen revisited in modern and refined style. Particular attention is paid to the first homemade pasta dishes, as well as to the pastry shop, completely handled internally with always fresh produce and daily preparations. The selection of our meat comes from the best Italian, Irish and Argentine pastures. Hosteria offers a wide range of bottled beers and bottled specials. Our cellar collects the excellence of the four provinces of Abruzzo and some, important and selected, classics outside the region.
