It all started with three friends and our strong passion for regional cuisine, which is what fuelled the desire to become ambassadors of our food culture and origins. We are Franco, Carla and Arturo. As food lovers, we have devoted all our time and professional knowledge to accomplish our mission: to make people experience thereal essence of Puglia through its unique smells and tastes, the same we have grown up with. When it comes to our philosophy, we have two core beliefs. First. There is nothing like good food to bring people together. Second. To really know Puglia, you have to taste it first.
