Our Chef Graziano Sperandio is working with us for over 12 years and offers every day menus and dishes rich of authentic perfumes and traditional flavours, accompanied by the best wines of the Aosta Valley, in a warm and welcoming mountain environment. In summer you can lunch on the terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains.
