In this atmosphere quiet between two rivers (river Lys and Niel), you will find a bar and restaurant perfect for your stops. Our restaurant is a family style restaurant. We've got a menu that changes every day in search of quality products and non-trivial.Our desserts and bread are always homemade and characterize the desire to offer a product that is excellent. We particularly by the use of local or regional ingredients. Our platter of cold cuts, for example, consists of a selection of four sausages (boudin, boudin beet, horse sausage, "the great Bocon" pure bovine or "pink" pure pork), one of mocetta deer, goat or horse sickness, classical dried beef, lard arnad D.o.p and speck. Our cheese platter is instead made up of a selection of six or seven cheeses, all local and is composed of fontina, Gressoney Toma and, following the seasonality, some fresh cheeses.
