Carducci restaurant is in the hotel Lyshaus, Gressoney Saint Jean... a finely furnished in alpine style environment. In our family-run kitchen reinvent classics of mountain cuisine and national, without using semi-finished products and, when possible, using km0 product. The desserts and homemade bread will accompany your lunch or dinner. The wine list is characterized by our region with outputs on the Piedmontese noble, Lombardi and Venetians.
