We aim to offer you, our guest, a gastronomical experience that will overwhelm your taste buds, using the finest, freshest local ingredients. Brimming with fresh ideas, our Chef Stefano Granata, inspired and supervised by 6 Michelin Star chef Enrico Bartolini, will offer you a cuisine with a regional Aosta Valley influence based on seasonality of the ingredients.
