La Braceria - Wine Bar "Lo Strascino" born in an Imperial Palace of the '500 in the historical center of Avetrana. "Lo Strascino" offers typical Salento cuisine, grilled meats, a wide variety of handmade sausages, including the "Capocollo" of Martina Franca, while the wine cellar offers a careful and extensive selection of wines from Salento. A perfect combination that allows you to savor the traditional flavors in a cozy, comfortable and close to the needs of the consumer. Braceria takes the name of "Strascino" old-seller of meat, that no shop and using a cart pulled by a donkey, she went through the streets of the country by trading its products.
