So good, even better than the famous butcher restaurants of Cisternino as it’s natural unprocessed meat. For 25 euro you get antipasto and grilled meats with wine water limoncello and some canolli. The food was absolutely delicious, the prime rib cooked perfectly.
Very good ingredients from the territory prepared in the simplest of ways. Flavors galore. The antipasti (starters) are great and the grilled meats go from beef, to lamb, goat and horse (the latter not my favorite). A no brainer about what to choose,
