About
We' ve chosen ingredients of our tradition: tomatoes, capocollo, almonds, cheese, octopus, onion and anchovies. The concept for the small bistrot is the same, in a typical warehouse of the old town. The elects we used for the setting up are real icons of Apulian towns.
