Le Tre Lanterne Restaurant and Butchery has been a staple in the life of Crispiano for more than 50 years. The restaurant offers a variety of local dishes inspired by the tradition and passion of the owner, Cenzino. Examples of said dishes are: Gnumeredd, Bombette alla Crispianese and huge portions of meat roasted in a traditional oven. Cenzino started his business when he was 16, through the years, he renovated the restaurant multiple times -last of which in 2018- while always maintaining the traditional atmosphere and quality of the food he serves along with his wife, Ida. Now completely rebuilt and upgraded, "Le Tre Lanterne" offers even more choices in its menu with dishes suitable for vegetarians and a variety of new options that are sure to appeal to any palate.
