We would like catering to be our forte and our dishes to full of warmth and joy, local tradition and culture, and simplicity. At the table you will find orecchiette, ciceri e tria, spaghetti schiattati, ricotta fresca, polpette al sugo, zucchine a scapece, pomodori gratinati, torta pasticciotto and many more. The list of food is linked to seasonality, the use of fresh produce from the same farm or selected farms are the guarantee of quality. Our choice of ingredients is determined by the season and are sourced from selected suppliers to guarantee quality and the traditional flavours of the Salento area. Our operations are subject to the current HACCP control system but above all to the vigilant and careful eye ouf lady Rosaria our chef. Our cuisine is mainly based around cereals, vegetables, cheeses and eggs, local meats. We also cater for vegetarians and vegans and are conscious of the needs of guests with food allergies and intolerances.
