About

Blues was founded in 1984 from the passion that the owners inherit from the family who does' the cook, who cooks, who serves and pampers guests. ... Over the years, the life-motive has not changed: look to the future, and in the heart, tight, love of the good and to do good things. To what address do not miss, unique for its cuisine Salento matriarchal solidly made recipes that are handed down from mother to daughter, for the pizzas made with semolina flour and slowly rising, as it once was. The cozy, clean and simple, nothing to stop the plaster makes a return to more frugal in the past, a break both physically and mentally far from any stereotype. So Blues is the simplicity of a dish to share with the guests, it is the trivial pleasure of biting into a slice of pizza with that spontaneity which is no longer of our time. That's why 'Blues for the slow pace of memory, nostalgia waiting for the food to be ready teasing here and there, watering the mozzarella cheese melted and stringy, the smell of warm bread. But Ristopizza Blues is also the future, is the promotion and awareness of the area for an economy that is environmentally sustainable and human in scale. To this the scrupulous search for local products and seasonal km 0 because 'it is not every day all summer and winter days. In summary, with a hint of arrogance Blues is the soul of the past in a whole new context.

Good regional food with a personal touch in a nice location with a vaulted ceiling. The family who runs the restaurant makes sure nobody leaves this place hungry.

The waitress, daughter of the owner/chef, took a long time explaining all the local dishes. The ingredients were local and the owner came few times to our table to make sure we were happy. I would recommend it.
