Century old cafeteria with first class pastries, my favorite the best pasticciotto of the city, perhaps of the whole Salento, stuffed with cream or cream and black cherry from 8 am to late night (I never saw it closed)
I’ve given this cafe 4 stars because although the service and food were probably 3-3.5, the marzipan I bought to take away was to die for. Not cheap but perfect flavour and great array of shapes and colours.
Great food, tasty pastries for breakfast and great coffee. Service a little slow and could be a little friendlier. Location is great, in the middle of everything.
Very good service and sweets 🙂 we tried the small traditional sweets and all were fresh and tasty – especially the pistachio one!
