Bis Bar is a very pleasant bar 5 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Martina Franca. There is an excellent selection of pastries, tarts and assorted nibbles. It was refurbished a couple of years ago and is very clean and welcoming.
This bar has been there for years all locals know it and the best fresh lemon sorbet is available here
