Manypeopleask me why a Bistrot? The idea of Bistrot wasborn to open the doors to our friends (customers) and friends of friends, and givethem a perfect meeting point, be able to makethemfellatease, as the walls of theirhouses. Hence the choice of different chairs and several tables in memory of those moments of conviviality at home, when adding an unexpected guest makes you run to catch scattered chairs for home. We wanted something that would satisfy the needs of many people: who had the time to dedicate to theirself to travel, in our Bistrot, a gastronomic journey with the quality of the Martinese Tradition Flavors and beyond. Whose had the need for a lunch or dinner at an affordable price and also for those who want to enjoy conveniently our dishes on the couch at home or at work with our takeaway. The choice of the colors became from my father, a person always cheerful and positive, the menu selection by my aunt Mina and my mother.
