We create a modern revisited Apulian typical product: the panzerotto. Here you'll find it in sixteen different flavors over the news of the month. We only use raw materials of high quality and an artisan methodology. Fry with always fresh high oleic sunflower seed oil and our dough is always the result of a natural leavening. Recently you can also ask the panzerotto made from yeast dough. Each panzerotto on the menu can also be made in the oven. We also produce exquisite pucce baked with wheat burnt or durum-wheat.
