Off-Topic is a family-run gourmet restaurant and "pinseria" located in Cisternino, Puglia. Giovanna and Stefano will host you and cook for brunch, lunch and dinner. The peculiarity of Off Topic Restaurant is the fabulous match between the Roman and Apulian cooking. It gives you the chance to taste authentic meals starting from the appetizers, pasta, fish and meat main dishes, to Pinsa. Pinsa is a characteristic kind of Pizza from Rome. It's a easy digestible dough (even 70 hours leavening), seasoned with any kind of ingredients: vegetables, fish, meat, ham and cheese. It's different from Pizza, but equally tasting.
