Came across this place whilst wandering around Bari. They are happy to sell you halves of different flavours. My potato topped one (sounds weird but tastes delicious) was so good that I’d return to Bari just to have more.

Little bakery in the old Town, Very good focaccia for great price. They don’t take the opening hours seriously 🙂 Absolutely recommended
This is place gor great foccacia. Reccommend to everyone. One try and will come again and again. Very fresh prepared.
We are staying in an Airbnb almost next to this place. No mater what you get, you will not regret. everything from simple foccacia to olive bread is unbelievably yummy. Extremely inexpensive as well.
This place sells fresh out of the oven focaccia. Olive oil, tomatoes, olives and spices – simple, yet delicious. The queue is pretty big, so you should expect waiting for about 15-25 minutes in order to get your focaccia. Low prices.
