Moenia is not just a pub, it is much more. The name derives from the Latin phrase intra moenia (trad. "Between the walls"), used in Roman community in order to indicate what is found within the walls of a city or what happens within a community. Moenia is, in fact, a door access to the fascinating and historic walls of the ancient fortress of Otranto. Moenia is perched above the sea, where tradition lives and where different cultures meet: it is not a limit but a view on new horizons.
