Each day Ristorante Panorama del Golfo will offer you a new journey through the taste, thanks to his dishes mainly consisting of fresh fish that comes straight from the nets of Manfredonia fishermen to our kitchen. Our philosophy: the fish must cooked in a simple and genuine way, to enhance its authentic taste of the sea. You'll know and appreciate all local products of Gargano: olive oil, bread baked in wood, scaldatelli (typical taralli Puglia), homemade fresh pasta (the famous orecchiette and troccoli), buffalo mozzarella...all accompanied by a good selection of wine.
