Since 1992 Pino Ladisa has created and produced a wide range of chocolates and pralines, starting from exceptional cocoa beans from the best plantations in South America and Africa. He is Partner Expert and demonstrator of the well-known French chocolate company Valrhona. In addition to the pralines we offer a range of modern cakes even in mono portion version, revised mignon pastry and biscuit specialties, all in exclusive packaging made with particular care by Lucia.
