Beautiful little speakeasy in Sassi de Matera! Service is excellent, paninis are delicious and location is superb. You will never lose the friendly smiles of the servers. Must stop by for a drink and light food if in Matera.
Great music, lovely atmosphere and a house cat which loved to be with the guests. Charlie’s was one of our favourites in Matera.
We visited here for a quick couple of drinks in a very lively and exciting place. We even took time to have some bites to eat, very enjoyable.
We ordered off-menu rum sours, whiskey sours, gin sours and something else sours. They were awesome and the guy behind the bar was very cool and friendly.
We popped in here after dinner and sat inside near the bar to soak in the atmosphereand chat with the bartenders. They were quite accommodating and loved their jobs.
Best location ever, small and smart in the center of Matera, located at the entrance of Sasso Caveoso.Nice music, nice owners and best cocktails I have ever had in here.Sounds so familiar, you feel at home there!
