Pettola or fried dough, is a simple tasty and flexible product, always the protagonist of the Mediterranean menu we serve at Il Pettolino. The dream of promoting quality of food and the wine culture is at the foundations of our project, together with the wish to make our local traditions known both in Italy and worldwide.
