Home Restaurant is the denial of the conventional restaurant. A place where you can stay, enjoy the pleasure of the company, the warmth of the fireplace in winter and the cool summer breeze in the garden. It is the place where the voices of the diners listen without deafening noises around, where the time of taste is respected and the narration of the dishes is fulfilled as an essential task. We have chosen the path of simplicity that combines the enhancement of local producers of excellence and the tasting of Calabrian wines to the garden and to the genuineness of nature. In the kitchen, there's me, Roberto, a cook of tradition. I rediscover lost recipes and dig in the nostalgia of the familiar flavors of the past. I want to bring you back to grandmother's dishes, to the scent of the sauce in the Sunday air and tell you about a cuisine made of ancient legends, curiosities and popular sayings.
