Eccellenze Campane is an agro industrial centre in Naples, wich brings together small Campanian businesses operating in di erent of the food industry. It was inagurated on the 16 January 2014. e project has started with the aim of promoting and enhancing excellent food directly from producer to consumer in the logic of the short chain, concentrating in a single facility the best regional productions. Eccellenze Campane was established in 2014 to identify and to promote healty and natural food, grown in harmony with nature and prepared according to the tradition. In Campania there are many good products, but only some enter the excellent category. e selection method is simple: local producers must be known in de- tail, living in close symbiosis with them to be sure that they respect real, natural production processes and are not compromised. en raw materials are processed according to the tradition and combined from the creativity of our artisan chefs.
