Facing the sea, in one of the tuff quarries of Mergellina, one of the many caves that make Naples unique, the Naples of the underground, born the desire to carry on the ancient tradition of Neapolitan cuisine, revisited to satisfy the demanding palates and nostalgic of "grandmother's kitchen", in perfect Ferdinando IV style, known as "Re Nasone" . Our history starts from very far away, crosses the centuries and tells of cooks, house dishes, secret recipes and food tastes that have evolved over time. An extraordinary gastronomic journey, of ancient origins, which is renewed in a contemporary way to let you taste the genuine flavors of traditional cuisine, from seafood to meat menus and of course the authentic Neapolitan pizza. Our menus constantly renew to respect the times of nature: our proposals are based on seasonal products and waste reduction.
