Bizarre is the brainchild of two young brothers from Salerno , Antonio and David. The peculiarity is the exclusive use of raw materials of high quality . The main element with which , in addition to ice cream , are made milkshakes , hot chocolate , crepes and " special cups " is the milk cow "Bianca Piemontese " , free of gluten , hydrogenated vegetable fats , emulsifiers colorings, flavorings and added preservatives, which makes the ice cream more natural, more creamy, lighter, with 30% less fat .
