BLOO Fusion Restaurant takes its name from the philosophy with which it interprets its cuisine, combining different culinary traditions and cultures With the term Fusion we indicate a cuisine made by combining ingredients from the Mediterranean cuisine and the more refined Japanese one The elements and the culture on which the BLOO Restaurant is based are those typical of East Asia and Southern Italy which, thanks to the imagination of our chefs, are combined together in a harmonious way. Respecting the Japanese tradition that provides the maximum respect for nature, we use only natural ingredients (fish, vegetables, rice, soy ...) cooked with cooking methods that enhance the flavor, creating a mix with the tradition of our local cuisine.
