The picturesque inn serves typical local cuisine , the menu is updated daily on the blackboard in the middle of the main room and consists primarily of pasta dishes and soups of tradition cooked with fresh ingredients and respectful of the season , the main courses are almost always based on local meat . Always present a rich self-service buffet of grilled vegetables and marinated meats and cheeses as well as typical served upon request .
