The atmosphere is typical of a mountain cabin as well as the furniture: wood-beam ceilings, traditional objects mountain hanging here and there, hand embroidery by Nadia, the owner along with Thomas since 2012. The cabin can accommodate Roncjade a total of 100 seats in the two cozy dining rooms, one room with a wonderful and feature panoramic views, overlooking the imposing mountains behind, on the snowy slopes in winter and the green summer meadows. In both seasons, you can eat outside in the terraces, where sun loungers are available for sunbathing in relaxation. For the joy of your children, immediately adjacent to the refuge is the playground Nevelandia with tracks for bobsleigh and luge and inflatables for children. The kitchen footprint definitely traditional and with a preference for grilled meats, masterfully uses the excellent local produce, always fresh and seasonal, carefully selected to ensure the triumph of your palate.
