About

When, back in 1983 we opened a small kiosk on the way to Grado, more thought to propose a local tradition to innovate marketing and the company's image. Simply believed to sell a few liters more with habits of the inhabitants of this area to stop for a drink in the "fras'cja" (in Italian, "bough", from the bough of laurel exposed front of the room) or in the "privada" (in Italian "private", the type of business license issued during the Habsburg Empire to allow the farmers to sell their products). Then, however, the tradition has led us to innovation and so was born the idea of the farm, where - alongside the traditional offer of "fras'cja" - develops the productivity of a modern winery technologically equipped to guarantee the quality of the product. And over the years the tiny kiosk has been replaced by a large tavern with a breakfast bar open to the garden, where the passing tourists visiting the tourist settled in Aquileia and Grado are offered a rich menu of traditional Central European, simple and homely, with - for example - the slices of our production, potato gnocchi homemade sauce in montasio served in Frico, the 5 Cereals with Fresh Vegetables, pork shank with potatoes roast, the rib of Angus to the Ferri Sliced Bullock at Ristretto of Balsamic, Frico with potatoes to the Viennese Wienerschnitzel, the Lubianska, palacinke, the apple strudel, and so on, all wet from the wines we produce, from aperitif to dessert with Pergolino with Brut La Pergola.
