From the encounter between the centuries-old tradition of Prosciutto di Sauris and the recent one (but which quickly became known and appreciated) of the DrinDro with its tasty grilled meats, this original was born, the only reality where a restaurant coexist in harmony, a point of sale of cold cuts and typical Friulian products, a welcoming b & b. The kitchen has its strong point in steaks, Florentine or ribs that are: meat from selected farms, matured to the right point, grilled with wise care. But the menu also offers appetizers, first and second dishes of the Friulian tradition and beyond, which rotate according to the season. The wine list is based on a careful selection of Friuli Venezia Giulia wines, accompanied by a review of Tuscan red, Sicilian and other Italian regions. Booking is always welcome.
