Our philosophy is to produce a high quality gelato using the best raw materials Italian and foreign, in a continuous and rigorous study in research and innovation. In laboratory rigorously respect the seasonality of the products used, totally avoiding the use of colors, flavors, stabilizers and emulsifiers chemicals. We pay much attention to food intolerances offering vegan ice creams using alternative sugars such as fructose, honey, maple syrup, syrup agave and rice syrup. In addition to the classic flavors of tradition, we offer our customers innovative tastes and reinterpretations of dishes and sweets of the Bel Paese.
