La Bistronomia is a food lab, where you can take away our home made recipes or eat in a family yet cozy atmosphere, with a soft music background, good wine and beer. Elena, the owner-chef, is a foodlover and a tireless experimenter. She will pamper your palate with an ever changing choice of enticing flavors in a travel by taste from Piedmont (her origins in North-western Italy) to Sicily, from Middle East to India and beyond.
