Just landed and between flights and welcome to the Italian lazy service after traveling with Qatar and they know hospitality this is very ordinary. Save your time and stress. Go somewhere else!!!!
One star because I can’t give 0.Extremely rude staff, food was terrible and I suspect they only get customers because of their location. Please please please spend your money somewhere else and have a more pleasant experience leaving Rome.
Sandwich was ok. Lady serving behind the counter was extremely rude!!! What a sad way to let tourists end their trip! Spend your money elsewhere – should’ve gone to Maccas !!
I went there for dinner and lunch and had a sandwich and a focaccia with pesto.Both were not good, the bread in particular was very industrial.I think they profit on the monopoly of the airport area to offer low quality food.
Just witnessed one of their female employees leave a bathroom stall without washing her hands. She returned promptly to her station behind the bar. Bon appetit!
