we lunched at Buongusto several times during our recent stay in Monte and the owners were extremely accommodating to our showing up early. the food and the service were excellent, this is a lovely spot. the farro soup and the polpo starter are ‘must haves’.
Very quiet and romantic location. The right place to taste the delicious EST EST EST, the local wine very well known since 1111 (please see wikipedia!). Wonderful bruschetta, home grown vegetables (order cicoria as side dish) and roman style lamb.
