On our farm we cultivate orchards of organic vegetables and herbs, we planted 3,000 lavender plants , and a beautiful truffle , produce extra virgin and all products used in the preparation of dishes in our restaurant come from our crops or are certified organic , Sloow FOOD and BEA ( Banco ethical agribusiness ) ... Of course ethical . Great so the restaurant with home cooking and organic products of own production. Our kitchen offers also vegetarian and vegan.
